You Are Not Broken, You Are Becoming
You are not too late. You are not too much. You are not broken.
You’re just becoming, and becoming can be messy.
I’ve sat with so many women who feel like they’re quietly falling apart inside, even while they’re holding everything together for everyone else. They’ve built careers, supported families, hit every milestone, and yet somewhere along the way, they stopped recognising themselves.
And I get it because I’ve been there too.
The years we spend showing up, pushing through, doing what’s expected, they shape us. But they can also wear us down, especially when we’ve been everyone’s anchor but our own.
Somewhere along the line, you stop asking:
What do I need?
Who am I now?
What if I want something different?
And that’s when the quiet reckoning begins.
The truth is, there’s nothing wrong with you.
You’re just in a season of transition.
A necessary unravelling.
A return.
When women come to me, they don’t need fixing; they need space.
Space to feel again.
To listen inward.
To trust what they already know.
You don’t need a five-year plan right now.
You need a pause.
A breath.
A place to land while you remember your own rhythm again.
This is the work I do, and the path I’ve walked.
Not with perfection, but with presence.
If this letter finds you in that in-between place, not who you were, not yet who you’re becoming, I just want to say: you’re not alone.
And you’re not broken.
You’re blooming, slowly and wisely, in your own time.
With love,
Kate
